Engagements are ongoing advisory relationships, not projects or deliverables. We talk regularly, and in between you get someone in your corner who’s seen the movie before…

Some of my work is with a single executive. Some of it is with pairs — a CEO and CTO, a VPE and CPO — because the most expensive problems usually live between two people, not inside one.

There’s no standard package. Every engagement is shaped around the situation and the value at stake.
